From what kind of material (inorganic) is PLANET SUPRA made of?

SUPRA is made from hyperfine hollow silica and water-based acrylic resin emulsified by the ultra-electrolyzed water.

What is the characteristic of PLANET SUPRA?

PLANET SUPRA reflects 94.6% of near-infrared rays, more than 90% of all wavelength rays. And as it is an alkaline base paint, it has antibacterial and deodorization effects. PLANET SUPRA can easily be painted by ordinary paint brush, roller and airless spray gun.

Is PLANET SUPRA organic solvent or water-based?

It is water based acrylic silicon resin paint. This paint contributes to save the earth's environment.

Does PLANET SUPRA has an unusual odor, ignition and freezing point?

There is slight odor. It doesn't catch fire easily. The freezing point is -5C.

If PLANET SUPRA is painted on the roof and walls of a building then how much energy cost reduction can we expect? Have you done any trial calculations?

"It depends on the construction of the building but normally you can expect 10-30% of reduction in the electricity charges. According to the trial calculation of the Energy Conservation Center Japan, we can save 10% of electricity charges when we set the preset temperatures of air conditioner to 25→26C. According to our own testing the saving on electricity cost by reducing the load of air conditioning was:

Is it possible to paint on interior walls?

Yes, PLANET SUPRA doesn't have any harmful effect and it has antibacterial and insulation effect. Moreover, according to the resistance to mold test, PLANET SUPRA is extremely effective when used for interior painting purposes.

How about dew condensation effect?

As PLANET SUPRA has insulation effect, dew condensation problem will be immensely reduced.

What about air conditioning load?

Yes, we can expect 10-30% of electricity consumption reduction by reducing air conditioning load.

Specific gravity is 0.65. Weight is 650g/liter.

When the surface become grimy, is there any effect on the reflectivity?

Normally, grime decreases the reflectivity.

Is it possible to dry PLANET SUPRA quickly by using dryer?

It's possible to speed up the drying process by the dryer at 50-60C.

Do we need many coats for better result?

PLANET SUPRA's effect is achieved at 200μ.

What happens once the sunlight is reflected? (electromagnetic)

What if there are wood tiles on the roof?

As the sunlight consists of electromagnetic rays, it passes through the tiles easily. However, if the back side of the tiles are painted with PLANET SUPRA, we can expect the heat barrier effect.
